Made of pasteurised ewe-, goat and cow milk. Due to its short maturation, the cheese keeps the taste of fresh milk and is ideal as well as a desert, appetizer or on sandwiches. Salt and fat low the cheese is ideal for the whole family. The sizes are 3kg as a block cheese and 2 kg as Tronchon.
