Cheese
Made of pasteurized ewe, goat- and cow milk, this cheese has got slightly different shades in the rind and a yellowish mass. The maturation is between 2 and 10 months, an intense bouquet and a flavour which convinces even the most delicate palates. With a natural or brown rind is made in 1 kg and 3 kg formats, as well as in wedges.
